They feel good on my ears. Not a lot of headphones do this because my ears are stretched and I have my industrial done. I like that I can change the bass. I listen to audio books and music, so changing the bass when I want to without having to go through an app, is great. My only issue is that these are not completely noise canceling. They are good, but when I am listening to my music or audio book, I am in an auditorium filled with little kids yelling and screaming doing gymnastics, and I bought these because their noise canceling. They do a good job, but not enough. I can still hear the kids yelling or the music the auditorium is playing in the background. Maybe these would be better in a place that wasn't so loud. But for the price, I think these are great.

It’s awesome that the quick bass adjustment without an app is working out for you. We totally get your feedback about the noise canceling in a super noisy spot like an auditorium full of kids. To make the most of the noise canceling function, we recommend to make sure that headphones are worn properly and also turn off the Adaptive Sound Control, and try to turn on the noise canceling function manually when you need it. The noise canceling function is effective in low frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices. Like most people, I have Air Pods and I talked myself of the purchase. I finally purchased them. I have zero regrets. My Air Pods I have to keep track of, when they get sweaty in the gym, one usually stops working. These are great for my workout and just relaxing. I have only charged them once since purchasing them. Craziness!

But they do feel like really cheap plastic, and the active noise cancelling goes in and out randomly with use. Battery life is also surprisingly long lasting too.

1- Turn off the Adaptive Sound Control, this feature detects the wearer's actions and will adjust the noise canceling function automatically, turn it off to have a stable noise canceling effect
2- Check the setting of [Ambient Sound Control]. If it is set to [Ambient Sound], the effect of noise canceling is reduced. Set it to the noise canceling mode. You can do this on the Sony Sound Connect App
3- Initializing the headset to restore factory settings, you can follow the instructions in the link below: https://helpguide.sony.net/mdr/2981/v1/en/contents/TP1001300236.html

I was worried that the reviews i saw on YouTube would ster me away but Sony didn't disappoint. They are not as tight on my head as would like but they do they sound great for the price point. Great First Pair of Over Ear Headphones

The sound quality is incredible and I love that I can fold them into the carrying case. They're comfortable for me to wear for an 8-9 hour work day or to work out or run with. The call sound quality is great and they pair well to my Google Pixel. I like the touch controls as well. The noise cancelling isn't 100% deafening, but my coworkers do have to tap me on my shoulder now to get my attention. My partner has Beats headphones and she loves the sound quality on these way more.

I've always been cheap and purchased $15 ear buds or whatever was available. Never again. These have great features and good sound. They are comfortable on the ears for hours. I love some of the extended features they offer and would purchase again.
