To resolve this issue, please disconnect any unused active devices, prioritize a stable connection in the Sony | Sound Connect app, or reset the headset by turning the device off and holding the Power and NC/AMB buttons for about 10 seconds until the blue indicator flashes.

While the WH-ULT900N provides solid everyday noise reduction, especially at its price point, its performance in highly intense noise environments will be less comprehensive than the WH-1000XM4. Our ULT WEAR has a slider that you can use to adjust the length of the headband to get the best fit and for comfortable listening experience. Please note that if you put on the headset without adjusting the slider, the headset may not be positioned properly on your head, resulting in discomfort or a weak noise canceling effect. We do have good information on how to wear the headband headphones correctly so it is comfortable and reasons why your ears may hurt when putting on or wearing headphones. By downloading the Sony Sound Connect app, it lets you adjust the equalizer and gives you different sound modes. This will give you more control over your headphones and their performance. You may also find different devices will perform better than others, as will different apps due to different types of audio compression and transmission.
