Amazing sound quality, but….

However, for me, my ears were hot and became sweaty under the cushion. I didn’t want to risk damaging the headphones, so they weren’t the best for me. Other than that, I haven’t had headphones with that type of sound quality in a while.

Great sound

As a trained soprano, I appreciate fine sound quality. Bought this for a plane ride when I needed to listen to some new music. Noise cancelling worked like a charm. For the price, these are an excellent value! I definitely would recommend these.

Get an awesome pair of cans for under $200

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.You know, I have weighted back and forth on another brand of headphones that would offer better bass response, but never pulled the trigger. I stumbled upon these a few weeks ago, did a lot of research and decided to give the a go. A wise decision on my point. Sony has always been hit or miss for me; I like clarity and punch in my music; not just overwhelming bass (like the other model of headphones I was looking at). These, even wih the ULT button (which amps up the bass by 2 levels) simply worked well, allowing me to listen to everything from hip-hop to classical music. It is a great combo of affordability, including a lot of the more expensive Sony headphones tricks (like cupping. the right earcup to lower the volume so you can converse w/o removing the headphones, for example)for about $200 less. Highly recommended.

One of the best headphones I’ve purchased

Have amazing bass sounds with the ULT setting and the app connection feature really makes the music listening experience worth while. Good if you are into heavier music as well. Microphone also works great and you are able to use these headphones for video calls.

Decent for the price. Need to be EQ'd out of box.

Fitment and case are good. These have to be EQ'd to get it to where you want. They sound pretty underwhelming right out of the box. These would have been a absolute homerun at $150
