GREAT OPTION FOR HEADPHONES

It gives you the option of having noise cancellation or have all the background noise you would want. The only thing I wish is if they had different colors.

Broken Hinge

Hinge snapped on me within 6 months of normal use, not accidental drop or anything in the slightest and now they're a waste of money. Overall the battery life is incredible, the connectivity was hit or miss, sometimes the sound quality would randomly drop for no reason other than poor connectivity and I would have to restart the device for it to function normally again. Apparently this hinge issue is quite common.

Regarding the comfort during those longer trips, we recommend slightly adjusting the headband tension or shifting the earcups every so often to help distribute the pressure more evenly.

Seriously, I took them off, after a 2hr plane ride and the earmuffs were soaked with sweat. They definitely cancelled the background noise, and they definitely sounded good, but Sony should find a way to make them more comfortable so that they don't "soak" your head. I'll still recommend them however make sure you don't have a similar issue.
