Thanks for sharing your review and experience with the ULT WEAR headphones. We're glad that you like the noise canceling function. Your feedback about the sound quality and multipoint function is greatly appreciated. For optimum performance, make sure that the software version of the headphones is up-to-date (via the Sony Headphones Connect app).

With the ULT function, you can adjust the bass quality depending on your needs. Here are the functions of the ULT button:

ULT1: This setting emphasizes the deep bass range over other sounds.
ULT2: This setting emphasizes powerful sound more than ULT1.
OFF: Turns off the ULT button setting.

Additionally, you can use the equalizer function of the Sony app to fine-tune the sound quality to your needs. For more information, please refer to this link:

Hi LymarisC, We’re glad to hear you’re loving the noise cancellation and sound quality! We're sorry to hear the battery life isn’t meeting your expectations, though. The ULT WEAR is designed to offer up to 30 hours of playback with noise cancellation off, or around 20 hours with it's on, but if you’re noticing much less than that, it might be worth checking a few things. If you're using features like noise cancellation, Equalizer, ULT bass boost constantly, etc. those can impact battery duration. Usage hours may be different depending on the conditions of use. If you feel the available operating time or the battery life is too short, even when fully charged, resetting and initializing the headset may help resolve the problem.
