Took a little time to set the app up completely but once done it works great. My biggest issue is the are extremely uncomfortable. Very tight around the head. Seems to touch below the ear just above the jaw. After two nights of watching tv my head hurts. Too bad. Thought they would be good

Comfort is indeed crucial for prolonged wear, and it's unfortunate that this was not met with your experience.
Our ULT WEAR has a slider that you can use to adjust the length of the headband to get the best fit and for comfortable listening experience. Please note that if you put on the headset without adjusting the slider, the headset may not be positioned properly on your head, resulting in discomfort or a weak noise canceling effect.
We do have good information on how to wear the headband headphones correctly so it is comfortable. For your reference, please check this helpful link.
