Randomly disconnects -- known problem

GREAT bass, but I wasn't trying to spend hundreds of something for the gym -- it was suppoesd to be for cold calling. Spent over an hour troubleshooting with Sony and they weren't able to fix it. If you look at the forums on Reddit, many have complained about this.
