The audio pass through mode feels a bit lacking but maybe it's just a function that I'm still getting used to. The battery stays charged for a while even though that isn't my main way of using the headphones, I use the aux option most of the time, but still a massive bonus when I do use them wireless.

A game changer for airline travel for her, I thought the sound was very good for the price point. On sale these are a no brainer for casual use. I will probably grab a pair for airline travel as well. Some review warned of cheap construction, not being a big headphone user I didn’t notice anything that was a issue

I had the predecessor headphone models, which I loved. It was a more affordable, and honestly really simillar to the XM series. Im really happy with these because they feel slightly lighter, and the noise cancelling is WAY better. I like the noise cancellation off feature so I can be more in tune with my surroundings. The bass is also a lot better from the last pair. Best Buy also carried out my order ASAP after I put the order in from the site.

They fit good on my head don’t feel like they’ll fall off. I don’t really like the adaptive sound as it was cutting in and out, so I turned it off with the phone app. If you want to turn down the noise suppression, simply cover the right ear muff. I think these will work great on my upcoming flight. Would buy again

Head rattling bass

Sound is very good and balanced when ULT (the bass mode) is turned off and head rattling when ULT is turned on. There are 2 levels of ULT, the first one being a sweet spot and the second one being an overly exaggerated bass everywhere, listening to non-bassy music on ULT 2 makes you hear bass that you didn't even know was there to begin with (which is kinda nice but can be too much some times). Noise cancelling is very good at all music volume levels and the ambient sound mode is even better assuming you don't go past 50%. The app is very nice and let's you mess with the equalizer to find the perfect sound for you and the carrying case is a nice plus. The only downside is the build quality. The plastic they used feels too cheap for headphones of this price (my previous Sony pair feels WAY better despite being older by more than a couple years and costing the same when they came out), they don't feel like they are going to break that easily, however, for the price, they could have done a way better job; the build quality is basically on par with any $50 headphones.

However, I decided to make a change and switch to the ult headphones in search of something more comfortable without compromising on the bass. My experience with the ult headphones has been exceptional, and I have found them to be even more comfortable than the MX-5s. Additionally, I mentioned that the ult headphones deliver a similar sound to the MX-5s but with an added emphasis on the bass, which I love. The bass response on the ult headphones is more pronounced and punchy, which adds to the overall listening experience. I use them for gaming and ANC works even when wired, which is a huge plus. I can't hear anything. With all that being said, after 3 months, both hinges cracked and broke. The hollow plastic design is light and comfortable, but completely flawed. Super disappointed.
