I wasn't able to make it into the store within the return window so now I'm only able to get them replaced through Sony. Don't really want this product anymore - save yourself the problems and get the Bose instead, they are far superior. Having to download an app to use them is annoying. Sound quality was decent while they were working. Headphones were comfortable. Battery life is pretty great. It was a little surprising how long they lasted when they were still working.

I’ve had these for a few months. Great for lifting. The only annoying thing is that the noise canceling will occasionally/randomly switch off as you walk around. I think it’s just a setting I have to change but there’s a button to toggle between noise canceling as well so it’s not a hassle.

Great sound for the gym

The noise cancellation is good, i like that it drowns out the noise while still giving you the ability to be aware of your surroundings. The bass boost is a nice addition, after a while of having them i can’t really notice it as much but it’s still a good sound enhancement. These headphones are fitted but with my hair it makes them easy to fall off, good for upright exercises, not so much for excessive movement. Overall these are great headphones for long car rides, planes, cardio, and talking on the phone. I’d say they’re a great purchase
