I ordered online and was told it was Mac Compatible. Unfortunately it’s windows only. It works perfectly, just not with Mac.

Convenient size and store capacity for recording meetings and lectures.

The lack of case, screen protector, and body protector make this easily marred with no way of preventing it. My biggest issue is that an afternoon in my jeans pocket rendered the screeen permanently marred with significant scratches. Cleaning it off seemed to make the appearance worse. The outer layer of material on the display is FAR TOO Easily damaged with scratches and swirl marks.

The item itself is awesome. It has best sound recording abilities but additionally it is an awesome music player too. I gave 1 star because the item I received was faulty. The back plate of the player had a flex so it will make a clicking sound that ruins the recording. I did return it during 14 days period and got same item from amazon and it was perfect in build quality. Best Buy should get better stock of the items it sells.

The sound clarity could be better, but the small form factor is perfect for the purpose we need this recorder for.

great recorder... but then it broke... just stopped working... best buy refused to exchange it after 15 days... sony isnt doing anything to help either... hundred bux down the drain and nothing i can do about besides say... SHOP SOMEWHERE OTHER THAN BEST BUY they just want your money and dont give 2 craps about you or what they sell

Great recorded! However, once I opened my package, I realized that a charger for this device is not included and the carrying case that should be included was not.

This recorder did not seem to play back while loud enough. Sometimes when listening to playback it recorded voices in a very low mode which made it hard to hear also. For the cost of this recorder you would think it was the top of the line. I was disappointed in the product.

All accessories were missing. Then in order to get a refund I had to speak to someone in India. This individual was almost impossible to understand. FYI, out of all the different accents when speaking English, the Indian accent is the most difficult to understand on the phone. Get a clue!!! I will probably never purchase something from you online again. Thanks
