    This item is one I've purchased several times over the years, with excellent results every time, except just this once. Got a free exchange for one I'd purchased in early December, and that one stopped working. But Best Buy took care of me. Very easy - just went in and selected a new one.

    records hours of meeting and notes without fail. built in USB connection makes it handy ,no having to carry around patch cords anymore. Bluetooth connection would have been a good idea to include so recording could be transferred to the phone or laptop though.

    This machine is, by far, the easiest handheld recorder I've tried. That being sai, I found some of the other ones to produce clearer sound. Great if you need something simple and inexpensive.
