I enjoyed the layout of this Sony Walkman and the expandable memory is great. However I had issues getting the bluetooth to work with my 2015 Dodge Charger and it couldnt be resolved even after using the Internet for help. Other than that, its a great MP3 player

Can't go wrong with SONY. (anything sony mid-range or better is quality you can't beat. SONY is Best for audio and video) HI-RES AUDIO. upscaling audio. Most people today won't invest in a MP3 PLAYER. well worth the price.

This player works great for my personal music. The sound is great also. It can also play threw the USB ports with your computers and car or use your blue tooth connect with speakers. Do need headphone for walking. I've always trusted Sony

I got this to replace my ZUNE 80GB player. I also immediately added a 64GB microSD card to accommodate the music I had on my ZUNE. It didn't sync to my car radio, and I need to use the cord. I'm still learning how to use the unit.

My old old iPod player stopped working and I was looking for a full featured player for use while doing yard work and laying at the pool. The Sony Walkman works great and I got a great deal!!

The sound is excellent on this. Unfortunately I had to return it though solely because it didn't work in my car. If not for that, and it being decently expensive, I would have definitely have kept.

I have owned several walkman over the years and currently own two music filled older models. I love the feel and functions of this model. The best part is using a 128 micro GB card to fill up with even more music.LOVE IT.

If you like great sounding music but you do not have the dough audiophiles like to spend in music equipment then this is perfect, pair this with a pair of audio technica ath-m50x and you have a nice commuter setting for yourself.

Plays music fairly well. I love the computer software that comes with it compared my AK Jr. it seems to have a bug that clauses it loose music. Can’t play MQA files.

Excellent Player, design for the very best listening quality, especially in Hi-Res. In order to get the very best music play back, you will need to download music specifically recorded in Hi-Res, as well as use a pair of Hi-Res Headphones. Music downloaded from iTunes works as well, though not in Hi-Res. The NW-A45 does sound better than my iPod. It comes standard w/16 GB of built in memory, which can hold over a thousand songs, but is expandable as well, using a standard micro-sd memory card. It also has Bluetooth as well, so it can be used though your auto's entertainment system, though you do loose some quality through Bluetooth, which you wouldn't probably notice anyway on the road.

I bought this because I really want a lossless player that doesn't break the bank. For that it gets 3 stars. Two huge drawbacks for me, and why I ended up returning, 1. Proprietary cable/plug (begs to be lost making unit useless) and 2. Doesn't work with Tidal app that comes with it (making no sense since I want access to hi res audio files). Otherwise build quality seems good, button placement makes sense and the display is nice.

I bought this because I wanted to have the option of listening to my music uncompressed. It also supports HR audio which is a bonus.

Bought this Walkman on sale. It is a very nice mp3 player walkman. The Bluetooth is the primary reason I purchased this. I am able play through my car as well as my Bluetooth headphones.

I like Sony electronics. So much easier than an I Pod. I can download music from my computer so much easier Hard to find MP3 players these days

Love this device it’s easy to use set up transfer music through the Sony app. I’ve never heard music that sounds so good. The player is made with good quality feels like it can take a fall but I don’t recommend that. Great purchase no regrets works with blue tooth on my car radio to no wires needed. Not many downsides other than the proprietary sync cable that can’t be purchased easily at any store. I bought a couple extra sync cables from amazon putting one in each of my cars and keeping the original with my pc.

its an excellent hi-fi player. I have recently using it more as a portable dac as I switch across computers with varying qualities of audio hardware.

I bought this device for my husband. He had an older one. He was excited for the blue tooth feature and the Sony familiarality. He jams to his old school during workouts.

I'm happy with the music reproduction and especially like the equalizer. The Sony software for creating playlists and deleting files needs to be simpler and intuitive

Ended up returning the device because my car's system was finicky with it, but the player itself had a slick interface.
