Used the earbuds on a trip to Mexico. They worked very nicely to cancel the sound from the Jet’s engines

Ugh, I’m not sure where to start. The buds do have a great sound quality....that’s the positive. The battery life on them has not lasted longer than 2 hours when fully charged! That does not work for my travel life. Additionally, the speaker function sucks. Returning them tomorrow!

The sound is good, but you can hear the Bluetooth hiss much louder than on other BT headphones. The Noise Canceling does nothing as far as I can tell, the ambient noise modes also don't help with hearing anything around you. the only good thing about them is that they stay in, and NFC pairing was a snap.

Great ear buds! The best option against apple. A different approach with better audio.

Quality is good for wirelss earbuds. Won't last thru one movie. Avoid these.

Had these headphones for about a year and a half to be honest they are great option if you don't like earpods I have used them for EVERYTHING I run with them use them at work (construction) and anything else battery last 4 hour full volume when they are new Cons: You cant listen to the right individually you have to have the left one out too and it hard to fine more ear rub piece when lose the ones they came with

Very happy with blue tooth ear buds. No problems with syncing to phone and sound is above average.

The noise cancelling is okay. The ambient sound is horrible. I could barely hear when it was turned on and there was no volume control to increase volume of ambient sound. The volume for the music was maxed out and was not loud enough for me. I have some hearing loss and I felt that these did not provide enough volume for what I would need.

I started working out recently, primarily running. I really like listening to music but the wired earbuds I had were so annoying. They constantly fell out or got tangled. These truly wireless earbuds are a thing of beauty! I love them for the sound quality, noise cancelling, and battery life. Highly suggest them!

Sony knows sound design. This is once again evident in the quality of these Sony WF-1000X Wireless Noise-Cancelling Stereo Headphones. Unboxing and setting them up was quick, easy, and fun. They are packaged exceptionally well. Besides the default silicone rubber earbuds and form-fitting supporters that came on these headphones, there are several other sizes included from which to choose to suit your needs. Pairing the headphones was a breeze, as well. If you already have the Sony Headphones Connect app downloaded onto your Android or iOS phone, these headphones will automatically be added to the list of other Sony audio devices you already have paired. The only ‘Con’ I found was that although the noise-cancelling feature worked as intended, being able to actually carry on a conversation with a caller was only possible by having the volume level turned nearly all the way up to maximum. So, this was something I definitely considered lacking, in my opinion. However, the depth of bass, was wonderful. I really felt immersed in the music, hearing a full range of vibrant, clear sound. For me, the coolest technology was the Smart Listening with Adaptive Sound Control feature, which automatically detects your activity and then balances noise-cancelling levels, along with ambient sounds; or you can customize the controls to suit your preferences by using the Sony Headphones Connect App. As for the cost of these headphones, they seem a bit pricey. Though I do believe these Sony WF-1000X Wireless Noise-Cancelling Stereo Headphones are well-designed and high-quality, there are other comparative brand audio devices out there that are proven to perform as good or even better for around the same cost.

As soon as I put the headphones in the charging case out of the box they didn’t work correctly. The right headphone was blinking red which according to Sony’s website is abnormal charging. I couldn’t get it charged enough to even try the right one. From what I could tell of using just the left one they have pretty good sound quality :-).

Had to return headphones back. Volume really low. Had product for s few days only.

The battery life on these are very poor but the sound is great!
