Terrible battery life
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Honestly, I'm so frustrated by these headphones! I wanted to love them and I just can't! They have some amazing features that would be great if the battery life wasn't so short. I found the noise cancelling technology to be on point and very immersive as was described. They fit very well in my ears and didn't feel like they were going to fall out while I was walking around. They're also a good size, small and sleek and not super noticeable when you're wearing them. But a 3 hour battery life?! Even 6 hours is kind of short for good wireless headphones these days. I work in an office and I work 9 1/2 hour days. At most the headphones last 3 hours (maybe a little less) if I'm playing music. The charging case is portable and very nice but I can't use the headphones when they're in the case charging. Then I had to pull out a second pair of headphones if I wanted to keep listening to music. What's the point of spending hundreds of dollars on headphones if you have to turn around and have a back up pair because your battery can't cut it? If battery life isn't an issue for you than these are fantastic headphones. But for someone like me who needs/wants long lasting, all day music, these really don't work.

Really good for electronic beats
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pro: Has good bass response, punchy when listening to dance / electronica. Con: very sensitive to location of phone / portable device relative headphones. Example when walking and device is in front pocket, you will lose sound occasionally in one ear. Seems to work better with line of site.

Poor connectivity, poor sound
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got these to replace my broken Sony WF-1000X and these were seriously disappointing. While the WF-1000X did not have the strongest bass they at least made up for it with the many features provided. Sound was weak that not even the noise cancelling feature was worth being a feature at all. Connectivity is weak as well, during the test I kept losing signal and both earbuds would flip the sound back and forth between the buds. I would not recommend these for daily use, maybe as a fashion statement yes but if you want more for your money I would look elsewhere.

Great for flights
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent noise cancellation during long flights and just simply relaxing. The sound that these head phones produce is nice and clear. The charge time for continuous use is decent as well. I would definitely purchase again.

Great sound, but noise cancelation is poor.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this product just for the noise cancelation as I used my work for work. However, the noise cancelation was poor as people on the other line could still hear background noise. I was disappointed with the sound quality too. Bestbuy customer was great when I returned this product.

Surprisingly good
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got these while trying to find a set of Bluetooth earbuds that were a good fit to replace my old once’s from different company. These were actually really nice. I like the more muted color.

Great for working out
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These earbuds stay in even during hard cardio and the batteries last for four workouts (about 5hours) before dying. There isn't much warning before the batteries die so you have to pay attention to how long it's been since they were last charged.

Great replacement
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My old earphones had died out completely so I came in search for a new pair but sadly the ones I had we're discontinued.. Luckily I found these pairs and they work like an absolute charm! Actually better than the ones I had before.

Average earbud
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not completely noise canceling, they do look cool though. Because they come 1 size, the comfort could definitely be better (And probably why they are not completely noise canceling for me). Not sure if I’d purchase again. I feel they could be a little less expensive.

Problems.
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These headphones have a weird issue with one ear's sound dropping out. Its been an issue for a while and when I looked it up online it appears to be a very common and annoying problem. Maybe look elsewhere. There are a ton of options out there.

Decent bluetooth
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For as much as I paid for these, i would have expected them to be much louder and clearer for being Sony. I returned this item to the store because they just were not loud enough when listening to music.

Great sound! Bad Connection :(
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would love to give this unit a 5 star rating, since the audio and noise reduction is outstanding just like one would expect from a Sony product, but when the audio cuts out randomly for a few seconds or for a long period of time. At first I thought that it was just a bad unit so I exchanged it with another and still had the same issue. Which leave only one thought, the design of the unit is inferior. Which blows my mind as to why Sony would allow this design flaw to be released. I have another Sony bluetooth "wireless" headset that I will be going back to for the time being, but as for this product I cannot recommend until the issue is corrected. Great product, If you are not moving around or are alone.

Not a fan - will return
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Doesn’t cancel noise, as advertised - only has the ability to hear phone calls through one year and the connection between the two ears drops often. Variable sound control is clunky. Do not recommend.

Great true wireless buds
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. They look great, fit snugly ...and sound is amazing. I'm not a big fan of the app ....but they sound good enough for it not to matter. The right earbud cuts out randomly when listening to wifi music (pandora, spotify, etc.) but no lag on my devices music at all

Disappointed
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was excited at first but the right ear bud either never connects when I power on and I have to troubleshoot it and then they go out about 10 minutes after being on. Great sound but poor quality mic
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love the sound and sleek look but I was disappointed in the mic. I hate to use them during a phone call because nobody can hear me. So don’t get them for any other reason than sound. I had hoped with a Sony product I would be very happy but not this time.
