Right ear piece cuts in and out, but Sony blames household interference. This was a gift for my daughter and she doesn’t even use them. Sound quality is not good either. I have two previous models that work and sound great from Sony.

One ear piece shorts out playing music while the other plays after awhile they shortage out in the other ear.
