Loved the color. Matches a lot of skin tones. Sound was good. Only thing that could be fixed is an option for an ear attachment that is soft and has the extra hook that is soft for people with ear holes that the regular ones dont fit into. These fell out as soon as I jumped but it's my ears. I have to have the ear silicone option with the extra hook that squishes into the side of my ear or a plastic hook that hooks around the back of my ear

Doesn't want to stay in your ears very well. Move around too much and they want to fall out. Sound cuts in and out a lot. Sometimes just one ear. Sound quality is decent, but not impressive. Battery life mediocre. Might be worth spending $75, but not $150 - $200. Better off listening to my music through my single ear Bluetooth, made for making and receiving calls. (Plantronics)

I bought these to use on a plane to watch video on my iPad. There is a terrible latency. It’s like watching an old Japanese karate movie . The sound is out of sync with the video. They do however, sound great just listening to music. I gave them to my daughter and bought some Bose QuietComfort 20. The noise canceling on them is impressive

With a name like Sony , I expected a great product but alas...I am disappointed with these earbuds.
1) Out of the box they did not come even half way charged ,so I had to wait till I got home to plug them in to use. The cord that comes with it is only a couple of inches long and you need a connecter plug to charge and it is not supplied with one.
2) Once charged and turned on they only had a half battery life of medium. Once they are turned on you need to depress the right earbud to connect to your preferred device and then download the app on your phone to balance out your preferred settings.
3) This is why I give it 2 out of 5 stars...the sound quality is ok but not great....very low bass even using the phone settings from the app and not loud enough to enjoy music ( I listen to Hard Rock and Alternative) and I cannot get a decent sound to match the intensity.
4) .....and the battery life is anywhere from 1 -2 hours on a full charge....that is not good for a product of this price. I wanted the convenience of wireless ear buds and I could have found another brand to buy for a lot less....buyer beware. Two stars and I think I won't buy another Sony product unless I test it first instead of trusting the name brand......very much a let down.

The main purpose of these true wireless buds is listening and they meet and exceed my expectations. Noise canceling is top! However when speaking on the phone the microphone is poor. The background noise covers your voice so the only way to be heard is to be in a windless quiet room with absolutely no noise. Not exactly practical. I don’t recommend these if you want to use them to talk on the phone. Otherwise they are a great purchase!

I just got mine this week end will be returning them as they are useless for my needs.
Pro's
They sound great and are designed great.
Con's
I have always loved Sony head phones in general and the Bluetooth one in particular.
I've owned the MW600, the SBH50, the WH-1000XM2
They all had the unique function of pairing with two devices. I loved that about Sony, they are the only company innovative enough to do this. Not Beats, Not JBL, or Bose, but Sony.
I loved the fact I can listen to my iPad for music and answer my phone when it rings
These don't do that, in fact they don't do much. I can't advance to another song, replay or change the volume. I bought them for the hands free functionality and they don't do that either.
It's a high price Bluetooth I have paired with my phone to drive and avoid getting a ticket.
They should be waterproofed or rated, the cheaper models are but these are not.
Sony please redesign these with above mentioned functions and I will sign your praises. These were a miss.

I bought these 3 weeks ago and listened to them with my phone(samsung s8 active) they had pretty good sound not as good as my old Bose earbud but not bad. I then tried to make a phone call to someone I speak to every day. I was told it sounded like I was in a tin can. No matter what I did turning off noise canceling or different volume, it sounded horrible on the other end. I could hear them fine but they couldn't understand me.

Misleading battery life, right channel dropping

In search for something lighter than my QuietComfort 35 for long flights. Was swapping the WF 1000X for some disappointing Bose QuietControl 30 wireless headphones because despite the battery that drapes around your neck, the battery standby mode was only half a day, and much less in operation. Was disappointed to find that the WF 1000X weren't much better. Standby in their little case was pretty good, but probably because of the battery that's integrated into the case. Normal listening on my iPad Pro drained these guys in 3 hours, not the 9 they said you'd get. Advertising is misleading because they're calling playing time the capacity of the carrying case battery and subsequently recharging three times. Plus the right channel periodically drops on every type of media, including professionally made (e.g. not youtube vids). Not gonna help me on a plan, going back to my 'ol QuietComfort 35s'.

Very nice earbuds, the noise canceling worked great. The only bummer is the limit of hours.
