Great Sound Quality, but Bad Connection

However, I ended up having to return it because the Bluetooth connection dropped out ALL THE TIME. I got a Jabra truly wireless pair and they were MUCH better in that regard.

I'm told I sound muffled to others on the other end of a call. This may be the way I wear them. I need to experiment to see if I can improve this.. What I am disappointed with is the battery life. It last between 2 & 3 hours. I always put them in the charger whenever I take them off to avoid running out of batteries. It still happens though.

Tech needs improvement

If you're listening to music you're fine, but watching videos is impossible if you have both earbuds in. The Bluetooth receiver from the phone to one earbud is fine, but once you put in the second earbud, the half second delay makes it impossible for the audio to sync with the video. The work around is to only listen to video with one earbud in.

Amazing for a first try

There are some drawbacks...I'm still trying to figure out how to turn the volume up higher as there aren't any controls for that on the set. Also, there is an occasionally an issue with the right side going in and out. It always comes back on quickly but it is noticeable. If those 2 simple things were fixed it would be a 5

The WF-1000X wasn’t designed with its own volume control, but its volume can be controlled by whatever source it’s connected to such as PC, Mac, Smartphone, MP3 Player, etc. And thanks for taking the time to share your feedback about the WF-1000X. First, we want to say sorry for any inconvenience you may have experienced with any audio drop-out. It's honest reviews like this that help us improve our gear. We listened and a new software update has been released that should correct the audio drop-out and other items we received feedback on.

I’ve tried manyyyyy. Nothing blocks out wind noise like these do. They replaced the defective one for me and the connection. Is working much better.

Great alternative to Apple Airpods

Noise canceling works as advertised, and they are comfortable to wear. I haven’t experienced issues of either earpiece cutting out, and the battery life works for my needs.

They wouldn't stay in my ears snugly and I didn't like the charging case because the earbuds snapped in the case but it didn't always close properly and would disconnect the earbuds from charging. Sound quality is great, but I didn't like the fit for my ears. The charging port needs some work!
