Works with hey Siri, A little slower that AirPods pro which doesn’t stay in your ears even with 3rd party foam ear tips(unlike original AirPods). For whatever reason Siri is static sounding. Noise cancellation not as good as Apple’s AirPod pros which is the only reason I purchased to try it out. However they have a feature that AirPod Pro does not have and that is you can control the amount of here through ambient sound. I found the equalizer useless. Also had difficulty connecting to the iPhone and staying connected to the iPhone so Siri was unavailable the majority of the time. And when you answer your phone it is not routed to your Sony earphones It is routed to your phone and when you try to press the audio feature on your phone to switch audio it does not take action. It also contains multiple sizes and kinds of ear tips which don’t do anything to help the noise cancellation. So he wants you to upload pictures of your ear seems kind of strange compared to apples self sound diagnosis analyzing test. Not what I expected from Sony comparable to Apple it was cheaper but for the money not worth the price especially after you add the extended care from Best Buy.

Have tried everything from trying on all the supplies earbud sizes; updated the software & firmware; across all types of situations - staying still in a quiet office to whilst commuting in public transport in New York City. Consistent feedback from those on the other side of the phone - starts off ok and then my voice is completely garbled a few minutes into the call. Tried all settings on the Sony Headphone app. I made an error in holding on to these for 17 days before I wanted to return them - and realized that Best Buy had a 15 day return policy on these. The Sony support website has absolutely nothing on it to help with the problem. Perhaps the worst money I have ever spent. Audio quality for listening to music and audiobooks is acceptable. Do not buy if you want to use these for phone calls.

Great Sound, bluetooth issues

The communication between the devices will be poor if there is an obstruction between the unit and the connected device. As a suggestion, you may try setting the Sound quality mode to Priority on stable connection from the Sony headphones connect app. Also, check that the headphones are running on the latest firmware version. The software includes key features, applications, bug fixes, and feature improvements.
