Great Sound, bluetooth issues

Thank you for the feedback on your experience with your WF-1000XM3. While we're that you like the sound quality, we're sorry to hear that you are having some Bluetooth connectivity issues. The communication between the devices will be poor if there is an obstruction between the unit and the connected device. As a suggestion, you may try setting the Sound quality mode to Priority on stable connection from the Sony headphones connect app. Also, check that the headphones are running on the latest firmware version. The software includes key features, applications, bug fixes, and feature improvements.

Hard to use. Noise canceling not great

Mainly, you put them in and its hard to not touch the button which makes it changes settings/features. The noise canceling seems to still pick up all the road noise and sounds around you. So when it says "Ambient Sound", does this mean its on or off, or it detected ambient sound? Then the next feature that pops up in your ear says "Noise canceling". When it sounds like you have the Ambient sound and Noise canceling feature ON, it STILL picks up sounds/road noise, that other sets do not.

I really wanted to like these but couldn't.

For the first hour or so I liked the sony's, although the volume wasn't fantastic and the noise cancelling didn't work well for me at all. The eartips aren't comfortable, and I tried all the sizes. My wife who has small ears and found the noise cancelling to work better for her than me, and the fit still not fantastic, that being said it's nothing compared to her air pod pros NC and comfort. Unfortunately I found that all the sizes wouldn't stay in my ear at all securely which is obviously a big concern with wireless earbuds. I ordered Memory foam eartips on amazon and they were better but still not as comfortable as bose earbuds. The thing that really made me return them on top of all that is the mic is terrible. The one thing that made me not want another pair of bose is the phone call quality, but these are somehow even worse. If you're not in a completely quiet environment the person on the other end of your call won't be able to hear a word. The touch sensor is cool however can get quite annoying. I ended up going back to bose, because they're slightly better for call quality and overall much better earbuds. There's nothing special about these unfortunately.

The sound is great, the features work well. I cannot keep them in my ears. I have tried every tip in the box and some aftermarket tips. The aftermarket tips were slightly better. These headphones would easily be a five-star review if I could keep them in my ears.

We value your input and appreciate the feedback. For fit concern, the WF-1000XM3 comes in various sizes of earbud tips. To keep the headphones from falling out, please select the earbuds that best fit and wear them correctly for a comfortable listening experience. When wearing them, please gently pull on the top of your ear as you twist the earbud into your ear. This should give you a firmer hold and better noise canceling experience.
