For fit concern, the WF-1000XM3 features an Ergonomic Tri-hold structure design for a snugly and comfortably fitting. A high-friction rubber surface keeps the noise canceling earbuds snug and secure in your ear so they won’t slip out unexpectedly. This does also come with an assortment of earbuds in various sizes to ensure there is a great fit for all ear sizes. To ensure optimal performance, as well as to obtain the best fit and prevent the headset from falling out, when wearing them, please gently pull on the top of your ear as you twist the earbud into your ear. This should give you a firmer hold.

We recommend to try the different sound modes found in the Sony Headphones Connect app to get the sound that you prefer. There is even an EQ in there—which can be customized to fine-tune your music to your liking. Unfortunately, we regret that the unit had to be returned.

The quality was okay but I kinda expected more from Sony. I did like how you could fully control audio from the app.
