Sorry that you are having issues with your headphones.To get the best noise canceling experience the earbud must sit in the ear correctly and you should use the right size of earbuds according to the size of your ears. Please try the following, gently pull on the top of your ear as you twist the earbud into your ear. This should give you a firmer hold and better noise canceling experience. Thanks for your honest review. We value your opinion and we would like to apologize if the unit did not fit you well causing to them to fall out from your ears. Good to know that you are utilizing the customizations on the Sony headphones connect app. We appreciate your effort on trying all the earbuds that came with the unit. The WF-1000XM3 comes with different sizes of earbuds to ensure there is a great fit for all ear sizes and an optimal noise canceling experience. As a suggestion, when wearing them, please gently pull on the top of your ear as you twist the earbud into your ear. This should give you a firmer hold and better noise canceling experience. If the earbuds do not fit your ears, the design may not fit your head and/or ears. For more details, check the link below.
