Please use the right size according to the size of your ears. When wearing them, please gently pull on the top of your ear as you twist the earbud into your ear. Garbage Quality, Horrible Value

Sound quality is okay I suppose, but the mediocre sound is overshadowed by its other problems too. Unreliable connection to phone/computer/tablet anything. It constantly cuts out sound for around a second every few minutes or just straight up disconnecting. And when it disconnects you have to put the earbuds in the case or else they just refuse to reconnect. I find myself using my $100 Jabra earbuds more than these because they never do this, plus they are more comfortable. Which brings me to my next issue, these things are absolutely uncomfortable and hurt my ears after wearing them for 30 minutes. It's so bad I have to take out the right earbud and shove it backward into my left ear to alleviate the pain and want to continue using the earbuds with one ear free to hear my surroundings, all because you can't use the left earbud by itself. Not worth $230, I've always hated Sony audio products but decided to give these a try on the recommendation of the store employees. Can't believe the quality of these "First Rate" branded earbuds compared to a cheaper pair from Jabra. Never buying Sony audio anything again.

The fit is good not great. The sound quality is mid-grade, especially for the price. The things that have bothered my about these earbuds the most is the microphone sensitivity. If I'm in a quiet space or there isn't a ton of background noise, they work well. If my kids are playing at the other end of the house, whoever I'm on the phone with thinks that they are in the same room. Another knock on them (and why I'm thankful I bought the protection plan) is that they haven't made it a year before they've begun to fail. The charging is inconsistent between the two buds and the right one often dies before the left one. They also cut out a lot - like A LOT. They randomly lose the bluetooth connection and will just go silent. Not a big deal if I'm just listening to music, but it is a pain the behind when I'm on a call and the phone is in my pocket. I have a pair of the xb400's that I bought for $30 and they are far superior to this set, although they have the wire between the buds. Your money will be better spent on another set of ear buds.
