Thank you for sharing your thoughts and experience using your new Sony WF-1000XM3. We regret to hear you're experiencing issues with the unit, particularly with fit and low sound level. The WF-1000XM3 comes with different sizes of earbuds to ensure there is a great fit for all ear sizes and an optimal noise canceling experience. As a suggestion, to reduce discomfort while wearing the headphones, as well as to obtain the best fit and prevent the headset from falling out, we recommend to try to use the right size according to the size of your ears. When wearing them, please gently pull on the top of your ear as you twist the earbud into your ear. This should give you a firmer hold.

Did Not Work Well

Sadly they just didn't work for me.

Not that great Compared to Airpod Pro

They worked fine at first, but you can notice the differences immediately. These are much more of a hassle to connect. But the worst part for me is that, one of the earbuds randomly stopped working. This is apparently a common issue and I am extremely unhappy. My airpods never had those issues
