To ensure optimal performance with noise canceling, as well as to obtain the best fit and prevent the headsets from falling out. Please use the right size according to the size of your ears. When wearing them, please gently pull on the top of your ear as you twist the earbud into your ear. This should give you a firmer hold and better noise canceling experience.
