If you wear over half hour, your ear feeling is uncomfortable need to take off. I try different size to wear. Still have that problem. And if you go to bed sleep at the pillows. You can’t use because is big make your ear is uncomfortable and your head if turn left or right make you so painful and hurt. Cannot use at the bed.

The WF-1000XM3 comes with different sizes of earbuds to ensure there is a great fit for all ear sizes and an optimal noise canceling experience. As a suggestion, to reduce discomfort while wearing the headphones, try to use the right size according to the size of your ears. When wearing them, please gently pull on the top of your ear as you twist the earbud into your ear. This should give you a firmer hold and better noise canceling experience. Terrible call quality and customer service

The app and touch controls are iffy. Overall, if the product had even usable/mediocre call quality I would recommend it. The call quality is absolutely unusable. You sound really quiet and far away. It cannot be used for phone calls. I contacted customer service three times and they ran me around in circles and it felt like they just wanted to get rid of you. They told me first to do a factory reset, but then wouldn't tell me how. They then told me I need to update to the latest version (I already was) and told me to go YouTube it and Google how to update to firmware 1.1.1 (I don't know if that actually exists, but that wasn't the most recent version). They then told me Sony was aware of the problem and they're working on a firmware. What makes me worried is I think the problem is fundamentally the hardware and can't be fixed. The device only seems to have one microphone on the side (look at the small hole in the picture) that's used for noise cancelling. I don't think that's positioned correctly for calls, or I think using the same mic for noise cancelling would screw it up (I tried calls with ANC off and it didn't fix it).
