But for some reason while watching YouTube or tv shows they sounded like the $30 earbuds. With the music though they were really good. You just have to figure out how you like them.

Great earbuds, when they're working

The ANC is great for earbuds. Wish the Earbud case had wireless charging like the Galaxy buds. Soo far, its Okay. Really wish it was better because the WH-1000xm3 are amazing.

Nice buds, but has issues

The touch sensor control panel of your WF-1000XM3 headphones may malfunction, or display erratic behavior, if you quickly move to a cold environment. To isolate this issue, restart (power cycle) your headphones to recalibrate the touch sensors. Set the headset in the charging case. The headset turns off automatically, then remove the headset from the charging case to turn it back on.
Also, updating the headphones on the latest firmware version may help with the troubleshooting. The software includes key features, applications, bug fixes, and feature improvements. Please note we have a customer hotline that is happy to assist you and help troubleshoot any concerns you have.

Only one issue I found as if your phone is in charge and if you are talking with someone sometimes they get really bad disturbance (I was told it feels like terminator/robotic voice)

I am still trying to fit the earpiece for better seating in my ears. Because of that The earphones have shifted as I walk or look down or use any change in my head position. Sometimes as I adjusted the headphones back into my ear I triggered the switch that toggles the control off and on for the ambient sound control. The difference in sound quality is amazing. I am impressed. I will try a different earpiece to get a better fit but I love the reminder that it is noisy where I walk but I am not hearing the noise!!

Air Pod Pros were better

They were a direct competitor to the Air Pod Pros but many reviews were saying the sound quality was better. This wasn’t the case for me. The Air Pod Pros (APP) sound much clearer and have better bass response and the active noise cancelling was better. The Sony’s repeatedly cut out on me and the Sony app had a delay opening. Using these with an iPhone 11. These Sony’s are also very very large. Huge. Especially compared to the APPs. The case is also ridiculously large. The active noise cancelling is mediocre and using the app to adjust is just way too fussy. They’re going back and I’ll just stick with the Air Pod Pros.
