If you have tried to select the earbuds that fit your ears the best, please make sure to wear the headset correctly. When wearing the unit, twist the headset to slide the earbud deep into your ear. The earbud will be easier to slide deep into your ear if you pull up on the top of the ear lightly while twisting the headset. They sound very good and the noise cancelling is great!

What I can't figure out is how all the high-end earphones cost $300- $350 and these drop for $220! From Sennheiser, Master/dynamics, Bang Olufsen even the Powerbeats at $250 still don't deliver what the Sony's do for $220. I really thought the clarity and richness of soundstage wouldn't be duplicated by any other brands but Sennheiser and Bang and Olufsen but it was duplicated and in some aspects, they actually beat them in in Clarity.

Please use the right size according to the size of your ears. When wearing them, please gently pull on the top of your ear as you twist the earbud into your ear. That was the quietest plane ride. Noise cancellation is incredible. They’re so light weight and fit perfectly. Sound quality is awesome. The only negative I have is the battery life. That’s mostly because I used the noise cancelling the entire time. So obviously that drained the battery faster. You do have the charging case but I had to switch to my regular cable earphones while they charged. Other than that, I would recommend.
