Thanks for taking the time to review your WF-1000XM3. We're happy that you like the great noise canceling feature and amazing audio quality of the unit. Your feedback about the water resistance is greatly appreciated. We recommend using headphones that were designed to be used for working out. These headphones can be used for running. However, this model doesn't have an IPX rating since it's not waterproof. So make sure to prevent the water or sweat from entering the unit. In any case that you are upgrading in the future, you may want to consider checking this model, WF-1000XM4, which has an IPX4 rating that can handle sweat or splashes from rain when you're working out.

Hi Notfitting, While we are glad that you like the sound quality, we regret that the headphones don't stay in ears. If you already tried using different sizes of earbud tips, please also wear them correctly to keep them from falling. The earbud will be easier to slide deep into your ear if you pull up on the top of the ear lightly while twisting the headset.

Thanks for sharing your feedback on using the WF-1000XM3. While we are glad to hear that you like the sound quality, we regret that the noise cancelation did not meet your expectations. The noise-cancelling function is effective in low-frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices. Although noise is reduced, it is not completely cancelled. We also provide an assortment of earbuds in various sizes to ensure there is a great fit for all ear sizes and an optimal noise-canceling experience. To ensure optimal performance with noise canceling, as well as to obtain the best fit, please use the right size according to the size of your ears. When wearing them, please gently pull on the top of your ear as you twist the earbud into your ear. This should give you a firmer hold and better noise canceling experience.
