The only con is that the rubber ear piece can cause a bit of a headache when I take them out after long usage. A very good pro is that I can lay comfortably in bed with these and watch movies on my phone.

Refer to the following reasons why your hear/ears hurt when putting on or wearing the headphones.
- The design may not fit your head and/or ears. They may be too big, too small, or too tight.
Note: M-sized hybrid silicone rubber earbud tips come attached to the left and right units of the headphones at the time of purchase. Try different designs and shapes to find one that fits comfortably.
- You may be experiencing a symptom called listener fatigue. That is where your eardrums work hard to manage the volume that flows through your ear canal. The louder the volume, the bigger the strain on your eardrums, which then causes the feeling of fatigue.
Note: Try lowering the volume or take a break from wearing them for a while.
- How long have you been wearing the headphones? The longer you wear headphones, the more your ears may hurt.

May be they are not very loud in full volume but after getting used to it, I am enjoying the product now. The charging case is little big to carry in the pocket. But if you live in the east coast, It’s cold most at least for half of the year and we can carry the charging case in our winter jacket pocket.

They are heavy and would fall out with normal movement or by looking straight down. The sound quality was really good but the noise canceling was just okay. Mic sounded bad but audio quality to the headphones were crisp. The XM4’s are a vast improvement on xm3’s and really dug the grave for their predecessor.

The WF-1000XM3 comes in various sizes of earbud tips. To keep the headphones from falling out, please select the earbuds that best fit and wear them correctly for a comfortable listening experience. When wearing them, please gently pull on the top of your ear as you twist the earbud into your ear. This should give you a firmer hold and better noise canceling experience.

These earphones do not disappoint. While I'm traveling on the subway everyday, it cancels out a lot of the noise from the train. It also switches from noise cancelling automatically when you set your personal preference. I would recommend these earphones.

Great but with disappointing battery life.

In contrast, I get the fully advertised five hours from my Jabra Elites with the equalizer turned on, while using the same feature on these buds cuts a full hour off their rated battery life. Also, one bud always runs out of battery at least 30 minutes before the other and it’s never the same bud. Disappointing.
