Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After a long time trying to get my hands on this after all the hype because it's always sold out, received them on the mail and when I tested them to ear how they sound was very disappointed, the sound quality was ok but not on the Sennheiser True Wireless or the Jaybird Vista's, and the volume level was very low too. For me the price of this of $230 is too high for what you get, there's a lot of better options out there.

The sound quality is great for earbuds. Noise cancelling blocks out my lawnmower. The ambient noise mode is convenient for safe road jogs, I can have my music on full blast and still here tire noises from passing cars, they're that good.

The small ear canal pieces was small enough to fit and stay in without hurting. Sound is great. I love the tap control features but I wear gloves all day and most of the time I give the wrong command and my song will rewind. But it works really well!

Bought them off of the reviews alone on youtube! They kept disconnecting from my samsung note 20 ultra and the sound was subpar at best! Took them back and bought some Air pod pros and rock them with my note! Night and day difference on sound quality and the Air pod pros don't disconnect! Would take them if someone bought them as a gift!

Loses connectivity - no way to track case battery%

Battery life wasn't as advertised, even when I turned off ANC. Would put the earbud back into the case and take it out to reconnect, and it would not do so, I had to manually unpair the device, forget it in bluetooth settings and reconnect. This happened on 2 occasions. BestBuy is not any help because I am not considered an "elite" member, so my return window was only 15 days. Very dissatisfied with BestBuy and this Sony product. Now I am stuck with $229 headphones that sometimes work. Also a con, with as much advance technology in these headphones, you can't tell how much battery is left on the case. Seems like a huge oversight on Sony's part.

But I tried every single ear tip that came with it and I could not find a comfortable fit. They were awkward in my ears. The touch controls were also not as easy as I would have liked. They sounded pretty good. I don't think they were as great as all the reviews said, but thats just an opinion. I have WH1000XM3's that I love as well, so I have nothing against Sony.
