I had tried Samsung version in the past and returned them within an hour very disappointed. Also impressed with the noise canceling quality. Sometimes it's actually too good! Just wish they had a longer battery life.

Resetting the headset
• Place the headset in the charging case, leave the lid of the charging case open, then hold your finger to the touch sensor on the left unit for about 20 seconds.
• Release your finger when the indicator (red) of the headset turns off after flashing.
• Then hold your finger to the touch sensor on the right unit for about 20 seconds.
• Release your finger when the indicator (red) of the headset turns off after flashing.

The sound quality is very good, the noise cancelling is great its adaptive so if it's less noisy then it adjust to that same as if its louder around you. They feel great in your ear and they come with a bunch of different fittings for you to try out to get the right feel and fit.

My husband got them in black and as soon as I tried them I ordered the silver for myself. We have iPhone X and they pair instantly, no connection issues. The Headphones are constenlty disconnecting from my phone and or iPad. The Noise canceletion is weak, can hear everyone around me. Not really happy with these. I had the Bose heads set for 4 years with out these issues.

Had issues with these not staying connected to my Bluetooth on my phone, kept cutting in and out. Very frustrating to use. Sound was good when you got them to stay connected. Noise canceling was so so. I could still hear things around me. Definitely not as good as the AirPods Pro.

Noise canceling feature works well, but it did take a few days to get used too. Wearability is okay, I have yet to find the perfect earbud cover the fit snuggly. I believe this will take time to adjust too as well. Overall I am satisfied with this product.

The built in features like auto ambient/noise cancelling/auto detect when your on a tram or train, bus or walking. And the Eq on the app is fire! It has multiple ear tips so small or big ears it will fit! Side note: these are Ok for running too.
