Took some effort to find the ear cushion that fit me properly. Good sound; good phone quality. One drawback is that only one item can be paired at a time. And to pair it to a new device, you must first turn off the WiFi on the current device.

Please use the right size according to the size of your ears. When wearing them, please gently pull on the top of your ear as you twist the earbud into your ear. Bonus, the earbud tips are interchangeable with the Beats tips. The Sony’s largest tips are too small, the Beats tips go larger and thus creat a better seal (for me).

They’re too heavy to keep in your ear, and constantly fall out. They did a great job of cancelling noise, but need some type of arm to wrap about the ear or something.

Connection Loss is Big With This Product!!

But put them down for 5 minutes or even try an initial connection and they are the worst headphones by far! I have had to re-pair them MANY times just to get audio to work and cant even say how many times I had to disconnect them and re-connect just to get them working agin. Loss of audio even when they work happens at least 3-4 times while listening. Which I do not understand as all their other bluetooth headphones work without a flaw. I have many to compare too. I am wearing WH-1000XM2 headphones and are the best period. These earbuds are by far the worst at keeping a committed connection to a devise. Seriously I took the leap into them as I thought reviewers where to critical .... NO they cant keep a connection!!! So disappointed at Sony. Come on your better than this!!!!

Easy to use, though only seem to be able to connect to phones/tablets. I want to use them with computer. Battery life is amazing. Had them over a month and with daily use, have only recharged about 3 times.

Easy to set up and pair with any device, I enjoy the app that changes settings whether you are moving or sitting still. The only issue is making sure it stays in the ear, but there are different ear inserts.
