Thank you for sharing your experience so far using your new WF-1000XM3 headphones. We regret to learn you're experiencing some issues on your WF-1000XM3 with the battery life and noise canceling doesn't work well. The noise-cancelling function is effective in low-frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices. Although noise is reduced, it is not completely cancelled. To ensure optimal performance with noise canceling, as well as to obtain the best fit and prevent the headsets from falling out. Please use the right size according to the size of your ears. When wearing them, please gently pull on the top of your ear as you twist the earbud into your ear. This should give you a firmer hold and better noise canceling experience.
For available operating time of the unit, the usage hours may be different depending on the settings and conditions of use. Only detractor is the noise cancelling feature which works well in standard environments but doesn't adapt well in louder environments like mowing. I still give them a 5 though.

Sound quality is great. Better than any other wireless bud out there. But you can't compare it to an item since there wouldn't be enough power to do so if they were.

We’d love to help you troubleshoot your problem. The WF-1000XM3 has a new Bluetooth chip and an optimized antenna design to provide a stable connection for hours of wireless streaming.
The communication between the devices will be poor if there is an obstruction between the unit and the connected device. To ensure you get the best Bluetooth connection, please set the headphones Bluetooth Connection Mode to “Priority on stable connection” and see if it resolves the problem.

Also, check that the headphones are running on the latest firmware version. The software includes key features, applications, bug fixes, and feature improvements.

Uncomfortable, constantly falling out, overrated

The second I put them on I knew these weren't the ones. Immediately I felt how loose and uncomfortable they were. Not once did it ever feel secure in my ear and by the end of the day my entire ear canal was throbbing with pain. I tried every single tip and not one of them worked. I am so, so disappointed in this product. I spent months researching into all the different types of earphones and zeroed in on these as they fit everything I needed: great sound, wireless, and stylish to look at. Sony really flubbed this one.
