These are very comfortable and light and the sound quality is excellent. There is also an app to set the settings for these ear buds.

My only issue is they don't have enough bass for them to be so expensive. The Anker Soundcore Liberty 3 pro is a better product.

Good sound quality but has use issues

Sound on phone calls doesn't work right if you only have 1 of the buds in. The battery life is only about 4-5 hours max The sound cancellation and quality is excellent.

Exchange was easy at the local BestBuy store. Got a perfect one with best audio quality. It works flawlessly with my Samsung S9 Plus.

At first I was so excited about them, Boise cancellation and excellent sound they toted. They were amazing on both ends except they hurt my ears, made them hot and kept falling out. I couldn't get used to the design and putting them in. I gave them two days at most before I gave up on them. I just went back to my AirPods gen2. Also the Sony audio app sucked and was nowhere near as good as even the Bose Connect. I am very disappointed because I wanted to love them.
