Just get AirPods Pro

The sound is better, the noise canceling is better, but the fit and looks sucks. I use these for school, and they are so bulky and ugly and always fall out, that I returned them. I replaced them for AirPods Pro, and they are more discreet and more comfortable. The sound and noise canceling is pretty much equal and you can barely hear a difference. Please get AirPods Pro instead of these.

It is recommended to use the right size of earbuds that fit your ears the best and wear the headset correctly.
