Hi William, We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your wireless headphones. ony provides different sizes of earbuds to obtain the best fit and prevent the headsets from falling out. You may select the earbuds that fit your ears the best and wear the headset correctly. The earbud will be easier to slide deep into your ear if you pull up on the top of the ear lightly while twisting the headset. To isolate the playback issue, you may disconnect the Bluetooth connection from your Bleutooth device and reconnect them. You can also try playing different music files to see if the issue is with the audio files to the headphones.
