Sorry that you are having issues with your headphones.To get the best noise canceling experience the earbud must sit in the ear correctly and you should use the right size of earbuds according to the size of your ears. Please try the following, gently pull on the top of your ear as you twist the earbud into your ear. This should give you a firmer hold and better noise canceling experience. Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've owned a few other wireless earbuds in the $30-$50 ranges the battery life is 2-3x longer, connectivity is more stable without noise canceling, and the features this has. These earphones only sound good with an okay amount of base when you enabled noise canceling, I guess which would shorten the time. I've had this giving me problems with the mic that doesn't work on my laptop for zoom meetings, if I ever have a 2hrs meeting from a fresh charge, the left one would die first then 5-10mins later the right one goes out. A few times connection drops during meetings and charging of the earbud seems a bit slow, so you'll likely need to plan to put one back in the case to charge it at the hour to switch earbuds if you have a long meeting. Also, in 90% of the meeting, I only listen and rarely use the mic. I did get this on clearance for $$55 bucks, I don't think it is worth it compares to the cheap ones, as the main issue of keeping this stays in your ear without falling out if you have an oily ear, need to clean your bud and your ear before every use to keep it from falling out. The Touch controls are also lacking options, would be nice to be able to use 3 taps options, and more customized controls instead of the bundle options.

The quality was okay but I kinda expected more from Sony. I did like how you could fully control audio from the app.

Mid grade, at best.

The fit is good not great. The sound quality is mid-grade, especially for the price. The things that have bothered my about these earbuds the most is the microphone sensitivity. If I'm in a quiet space or there isn't a ton of background noise, they work well. If my kids are playing at the other end of the house, whoever I'm on the phone with thinks that they are in the same room. Another knock on them (and why I'm thankful I bought the protection plan) is that they haven't made it a year before they've begun to fail. The charging is inconsistent between the two buds and the right one often dies before the left one. They also cut out a lot - like A LOT. They randomly lose the bluetooth connection and will just go silent. Not a big deal if I'm just listening to music, but it is a pain the behind when I'm on a call and the phone is in my pocket. I have a pair of the xb400's that I bought for $30 and they are far superior to this set, although they have the wire between the buds. Your money will be better spent on another set of ear buds.
