Customer feedback is important to us because it helps us improve our products for the future. Good to know that you like its sound quality and overall performance of the headphones. The communication between the devices will be poor if there is an obstruction between the unit and the connected device. Try the following:

• For Bluetooth connection issue: The WF-1000XM3 has a new Bluetooth chip and an optimized antenna design to provide a stable connection for hours of wireless streaming. To ensure you get the best Bluetooth connection, please set the headphones Bluetooth Connection Mode to “Priority on stable connection”

-Change the position or location of the unit or connected device.
-If the connected device has a cover on it, take it off to improve the communication distance.
-If the connected device is in a bag or in a pocket, try moving the position of the device.
-Place the devices closer together to improve signal transmission

Thank you for purchasing the WF-1000XM3 True Wireless Noise-Canceling Headphones.

We regret to hear that you are having issues with the WF-1000XM3 Headphones. We'd love to troubleshoot this and make this a better experience for you. First, please make sure that the headphones are up to date as this will improve the overall performance of the headphones. You may use the Headphones Connect app to update the WF-1000XM3 Headphones. Resetting and Initializing the headphones will also help on resolving the issue.

• Resetting the headset
- If the headset cannot be turned on or cannot be operated even when it is turned on, reset the headset. Place the headset in the charging case, leave the lid of the charging case open, then hold your finger to the touch sensor on the left unit for about 20 seconds.
Release your finger when the indicator (red) of the headset turns off after flashing.
Then hold your finger to the touch sensor on the right unit for about 20 seconds.
Release your finger when the indicator (red) of the headset turns off after flashing.

Device registration (pairing) information and other settings will be retained.

• Initializing the headset to restore factory settings
- Place the headset in the charging case, leave the lid of the charging case open, then hold your fingers to the touch sensors on both the left and right units for about 10 seconds. Release your fingers when the indicators (red) of the headset start flashing.
- The indicators (blue) flash 4 times, and the headset is initialized. This operation resets the headset to the factory settings and deletes all pairing information. In this case, delete the pairing information for the headset from the device and then pair them again.
