Granted they are good for music they suck for calls. The first call I was told I sound like a robot. Then another call I heard the other person sounding like a robot. So now if I'm using them and I get a call I have to take them out and use the phone like normal. #terrible #gotme

We're sorry if our WF-1000XM3 Truly Wireless Headphones did not fit you well causing to fall out with much movement. For fit concern, the WF-1000XM3 features an Ergonomic Tri-hold structure design for a snugly and comfortably fitting. A high-friction rubber surface keeps the noise canceling earbuds snug and secure in your ear so they won’t slip out unexpectedly. This does also come with an assortment of earbuds in various sizes to ensure there is a great fit for all ear sizes. To ensure optimal performance, as well as to obtain the best fit and prevent the headset from falling out, when wearing them, please gently pull on the top of your ear as you twist the earbud into your ear. This should give you a firmer hold.
