Sony provides different sizes of earbuds to obtain the best fit and prevent the headsets from falling out. You may select the earbuds that fit your ears the best and wear the headset correctly. She was excited to try them, but was ultimately disappointed. Ultimately it was a matter of fit that she was not satisfied with. Regardless of the ear bud tips she used, the devices never were secured in her ear. We returned these shortly after New Year's, and she selected the Air Pods Pro instead.
