Fall out of ears easily. Poor for phone calls

Also, the other side of a phone call hears everything magnified on their end. The noise canceling really doesn't help the other side of the phone. Audio music listening - Awesome.

While we're that you like the sound quality, we're sorry to hear that you are having some audio issues. The communication between the devices will be poor if there is an obstruction between the unit and the connected device. As a suggestion, you may try setting the Sound quality mode to Priority on stable connection and see if it resolves the problem. Also, check that the headphones are running on the latest firmware version. The software includes key features, applications, bug fixes, and feature improvements.
