I don’t regret buying these at all. Better value than apples version in my opinion.

We're sorry to hear your having an issue with the headphones case charging indicator. About the charging time, the required time for fully charging the headset and the charging case is about 3.5 hours. One of the possible solutions to the issue is by updating the firmware of the headphones (via the Sony Headphones Connect app) for optimum performance. The software update improves the general performance of the unit and includes key features, applications, and bug fixes. Please visit the link below for instructions.

If the the charging time is too long, check that you are using the supplied USB Type-C cable.
- When connecting the charging case to a computer, use only the supplied USB Type-C cable, and be sure to directly connect them. Charging will not be properly completed when the charging case is connected through a USB hub.
While charging
- The indicator (red) on the charging case lights up while the headset is placed in the charging case and is being charged. The indicator turns off after charging of the headset is complete.
- When charging the headset and charging case by connecting the charging case to an AC outlet, the indicator (red) on the charging case turns off after charging of both the headset and charging case is completed.

It falls out constantly and I’ve tried smaller and larger with so many sizes that comes with them, to no avail. Needless to say, they will be returning to the store.

Ear buds

My canals are small for an adult. Unfortunately, they hurt me a lot. As soon as I realized this, I came down with cold, then when better, everything was closed. Now I have a pair I dont use. I will try them again and see if I can tolerate the pain in my ears. Ps. Other than they hurt my ears, there is no issues with them.

Not so great with phone conversations and after some use my ears are crying to be freed from the device plugged into my ear canals. The connection is not fully consistent and switches back and forth from noise cancellation to ambient sound.

There is going to be consistent complaints about background noise. The noise cancelling is fairly good and the sound quality is not bad so if you are only going to be using these for listening then these are a good option if you want wireless.
