It falls out constantly and I’ve tried smaller and larger with so many sizes that comes with them, to no avail. Needless to say, they will be returning to the store.

My canals are small for an adult. Unfortunately, they hurt me a lot. As soon as I realized this, I came down with cold, then when better, everything was closed. Now I have a pair I dont use. I will try them again and see if I can tolerate the pain in my ears. Ps. Other than they hurt my ears, there is no issues with them.

The WF-1000XM3 comes with different sizes of earbuds to ensure there is a great fit for all ear sizes and an optimal noise canceling experience. Please use the right size according to the size of your ears. Please try the following, gently pull on the top of your ear as you twist the earbud into your ear. This should give you a firmer hold and better noise canceling experience.

Not so great with phone conversations and after some use my ears are crying to be freed from the device plugged into my ear canals. The connection is not fully consistent and switches back and forth from noise cancellation to ambient sound.

I bought them to connect to my laptop for FPS gaming, and they actually hold up to the test. Audio stays consistent without dropping connection like others I have tried. Went through about three different pairs and the rest kept disconnecting mid game. These have not.
