    Honestly the next best thing besides the AirPod Pros. I would highly recommend these for anyone Apple and Android users alike. There is a newer version but these are still amazing.

    If I make this half star I would. 1st got these expecting them to be loud because of other review I have read and not even close. My son's Ipods are much louder so for the money would go with Ipods. 2nd the noise cancelation was nice and worked ok. 3rd after only having these things for 3 weeks and using them maybe a half dozen times the right earbud speaker blew. Now these eaebuds are not even that loud and for a speaker to blow was crazy. For the amout of $ these things go are I was thinking thy would be a little better. All in all I took them back n got the beats.

      Hello Jrynep, We regret to hear that you are having issues with these wireless headphones. Please ensure that the firmware of your headphones is updated. The software update improves the performance of your unit. We can reset your headphones to isolate the issue. Place the headset in the charging case, leave the lid of the charging case open, then hold your finger to the touch sensor on the left unit for about 20 seconds. Release your finger when the indicator (red) of the headset turns off after flashing. Then hold your finger to the touch sensor on the right unit for about 20 seconds. Release your finger when the indicator (red) of the headset turns off after flashing. When there is a problem with the headset, the indicator (red) of the headset remains off and does not start flashing even if you perform the procedures described above. In this case, hold your finger to the touch sensor longer (for about 30 seconds), and release your finger when the indicator (red) of the headset turns on.

    If you want wireless headphones that you can talk on the phone with then these are definitely not the ones for you. If you like to listen to music or podcasts but have hair then again, not for you since even with my hair up, somehow the tiniest piece pauses whatever i am listening to. Sure they fit in my ear and stay inadequately but are definitely not nearly as secure as promised since they have randomly fallen out several times even after trying all sizes. They do give you a wide variety of sizes which I wish made up for all the other technical failures of this product.

    I never thought I would get wireless headphones but now I ABSOLUTELY love them. They are easy to use and I can walk around freely without wires interfering with what I need to do. I wish I had brought these sooner.

    Not the best for the price. Does not stay in ur ear. I have tried all of the extra ear pieces with same result. Very low volume when talking but good talk and listening time. Really sensitive touch control.

      Hi Jupe. we are sorry to hear that the WF-1000XM3 did not meet all of your expectations, The WF-1000XM3 comes with different sizes of earbuds to ensure there is a great fit for all ear sizes and an optimal noise canceling experience. Please use the right size according to the size of your ears. When wearing them, please gently pull on the top of your ear as you twist the earbud into your ear. This should give you a firmer hold and better noise canceling experience. If the earbud tips tend to come off or you feel that there is insufficient low frequency sound and a difference in volume between the left and right units, change the earbud tips to another size to comfortably and snugly fit your left and right ears. Feel free to test them again once done with our suggestions.

    Earbuds do not stay in my ears. None of the ear piece sizes work. I’m going to try and return them if possible. Also, I thought they would work to watch movies while traveling on the tvs on the seat backs.

    I bought these headphones specifically for gym and airplane usage. The size of the headphones is perfect and the touch operation is great. Also, the phone app customizations are awesome.

    Not Worth the Headache

    Purchased these February of 2020. I've had multiple issues since. I used them for my commute to work and the gym. They lose connection frequently, which is super annoying when you don't have the case on hand to reconnect them. Currently the right headphone does not play audio, went through Sony tech support only to be told they cannot help me because my product is out of warranty. This product is not worth the headache.

    I like that these are true wireless and the carrying case is magnetic and gives extra charge. I’d buy again. Not sure if their is a mode but I’d like to have them on noise cancelling all the time

    These are the worst earbuds I’ve ever purchased. It really doesn’t help that they’re over $200. None of the earbuds fit in my ear, oh well. But the sound quality isn’t that great for its price tag, and the sound is constantly dropping. I can listen to music for a max of 15 mins before the audio completely cuts out, my phone is saying it’s still playing music, but the earbuds aren’t playing anything. Extremely disappointed in these earbuds, and even more disappointed that I missed out on my return time, because I would never use these earbuds if I knew how terrible they were for $200.

    I bought this device to use it with my 2 phones (Android & IPhone) but I need to disconnect from each other, I can’t connect both phones at the same time. For me that’s a heartbreaker... excellent sound

    Sound quality and noise canceling were outstanding indoors. BUT, outside, in any wind, there was horrible wind noise that I could not get rid of.

If the noise-canceling function or ambient sound mode is turned on, the ambient environment may increase the wind noise. In this case, change the settings to Wind Noise Reduction in the Ambient Sound Control settings on the Sony Headphones Connect app.

    Returned due to noise cancellation quality

    I wanted to love these but just couldn't. They feel decent in the east and sound good but the noise cancellation was no where near the over ear sets. They do help with light rumbling but I wanted it to block voices and they failed miserably there.

    I have to change this headphones out every year . The battery wont hold i charger them it woukd say 100% in 15 mins of use it would say 50% lucky i took out the Warranty on these i would have been screwed .

    First pair had a broken left earbud out of box

    The first pair I ordered had significant static in the left earbud. I traded it in for a new pair which seems to be working fine, but sometimes there is weird thing during calls where the audio fades in and out a little.

      • To ensure you get the best Bluetooth connection, please set the headphones Bluetooth Connection Mode to “Priority on stable connection”

      -If the connected device has a cover on it, take it off to improve the communication distance.
      -If the connected device is in a bag or in a pocket, try moving the position of the device.
