Thank you for sharing your thoughts and experience using your new Sony WF-1000XM3. We really appreciate you like the overall sound quality of the headphones. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the design and fit of the unit.

For fit concern, the WF-1000XM3 features an Ergonomic Tri-hold structure design for a snugly and comfortably fitting. A high-friction rubber surface keeps the noise canceling earbuds snug and secure in your ear so they won’t slip out unexpectedly. This does also come with an assortment of earbuds in various sizes to ensure there is a great fit for all ear sizes. To ensure optimal performance, as well as to obtain the best fit and prevent the headset from falling out, when wearing them, please gently pull on the top of your ear as you twist the earbud into your ear. This should give you a firmer hold.

Hello Hart2, We regret to hear that your wireless headphones kept falling out of your ears. Sony provides different sizes of earbuds to obtain the best fit and prevent the headsets from falling off. You may select the earbuds that fit your ears the best and wear the headset correctly.
