    I don't know what the problem. But when I used it I was headache. That's the first earphones that made me feel like that. So I decided to return it.

    Very poor outgoing call audio

    I am so disappointed after the highly praised reviews I had read (not enough apparently) and money spent (too much). No one can hear me. They hear all sounds around me while on the call, but say my voice is muffled if they even hear at all. I work long hours without time off and could not refund or exchange before time limit. Thanks Sony, for the $230 so-so music earbuds that hurt my right ear canal so I will put them in a nightstand drawer and forget about it.

    These headphones have really good sound. The noise cancelling is ok. The real problem is that I have owned these for a total of 2 months and the batteries now last a total 15 minutes before dying. I love Sony products so maybe these are a dud but I am now stuck dealing with Sony. Until then, I can at least play through Stairway to Heaven 2 times.

While we're glad to hear you like the noise canceling feature and sound quality, we sincerely regret to hear your headphones turn off after a few minutes. If you haven't yet, make sure the batteries are fully charged.

      - Connect the headphones to an audio device, computer, or mobile device with Bluetooth.
      - If the headphones turn off, listen for the Voice Guidance message. You will hear a voice guidance in the following situations via the left and right units of the headset.

      - Resetting and Initializing the headphones will also help on resolving the issue.

    Do not work with PC.

    Connects to Win10 laptop, but sound is unlistenable. Crackle and pop and skip. On both of my Win10 laptops. Works fine with iPhone. I bought these specifically for use with PC laptop, so they are useless to me. I upgraded firmware, tried all sort of setting changes, no improvement. When I looked online I found many other people with the same problem. Will be returning.

    Where to start with these? Maybe the fact the in ear detection was never fully correct and often thought it was in my ears when it wasn’t and vice versa. Maybe it was because the app on android was so broken it couldn’t even push a firmware update without throwing an error. If it weren’t for the fact I got these to cover myself when I couldn’t get AirPods then I wouldn’t have bought them, and I’m glad I could return them.

    I'd stick with the AirPods pro if the AirPods pro are not uncomfortable to you. The AirPods pro outperform these wireless headsets.
