We're sorry to hear that you're having issues with the Bluetooth connectivity and we apologize that it didn't live up to your expectations. We have taken note of your issues. Customer feedback is important to us because it helps us improve our products for the future. Thank you for sharing your experience. Good to know that you like most of the features and sound quality. The communication between the devices will be poor if there is an obstruction between the unit and the connected device. Try the following:

• For Bluetooth connection issue: The WF-1000XM3 has a new Bluetooth chip and an optimized antenna design to provide a stable connection for hours of wireless streaming. To ensure you get the best Bluetooth connection, please set the headphones Bluetooth Connection Mode to “Priority on stable connection”.

-Change the position or location of the unit or connected device.
-If the connected device has a cover on it, take it off to improve the communication distance.
-If the connected device is in a bag or in a pocket, try moving the position of the device.
-Place the devices closer together to improve signal transmission

• Signal interference may occur when a Wi-Fi device is in use near the unit if they both use the same 2.4 GHz frequency band. To resolve the issue, try the following:

-Turn off the Wi-Fi function of the connected device.
-If a Wi-Fi device is in use near the unit, turn off its Wi-Fi function or use the device at least ten meters away from the unit.
-Use the unit as far away as possible from a microwave oven, ticket gates, other Bluetooth devices, or places that generate electromagnetic radiation.

• If the issue still occurs, please make sure that your headphones are running on the latest firmware version. The software includes key features, applications, bug fixes, and feature improvements.

Hi Sunny, We are sad to hear that your wireless headphones do not fit in your ears. Sony provides different sizes of earbuds to obtain the best fit and prevent the headsets from falling out. You may select the earbuds that fit your ears the best and wear the headset correctly. Hi nonottoday, We regret to hear that you are having issues with your Sony wireless headphones. We can reset your headphones to isolate these issues. Place the headset in the charging case, leave the lid of the charging case open, then hold your finger to the touch sensor on the left unit for about 20 seconds. Release your finger when the indicator (red) of the headset turns off after flashing. Then hold your finger to the touch sensor on the right unit for about 20 seconds. Release your finger when the indicator (red) of the headset turns off after flashing. When there is a problem with the headset, the indicator (red) of the headset remains off and does not start flashing even if you perform the procedures described above. In this case, hold your finger to the touch sensor longer (for about 30 seconds), and release your finger when the indicator (red) of the headset turns on.
