    These things hurt your ears. Idk how they designed these to be comfort because they are not. Numerous issues connecting to iPhone 11. If you really want to continue repairing them then these are the ones for you. I switched back to my AirPod pros

The WF-1000XM3 comes with different sizes of earbuds to ensure there is a great fit for all ear sizes and an optimal noise canceling experience. Please use the right size according to the size of your ears. When wearing them, please gently pull on the top of your ear as you twist the earbud into your ear.     I was told that I would really enjoy these earbuds over the Samsung earbuds, however; whenever I made a call or someone called me there was always static. So, I have returned these Sony earbuds and am now trying the Samsung earbuds. Sony earbuds did not work for me but they could work for you.

    Everything about this ear pods is great, but it doesn’t do its main function! Does not stay in your ears! Doesn’t matter if you’re sitting, standing, walking, or running!

You may select the earbuds that fit your ears the best and wear the headset correctly.     Not worth the price for sound quality.

    They do not sound that great. The highs and vocals are way too loud and irritating. The bass isn’t Good enough. The xm4s are much better and the Liberty air pro 3 are absolutely the BEST. The xm3s don’t sound that great

Please ensure you've downloaded the Sony Headphones Connect app. It has an Equalizer/CLEAR BASS setting which can be customized to fine-tune your music to your liking. This will give you more control over your headphones and their performance.
