    Sound quality inferior to my wired ear buds. At the gym it constantly loses its BT connection and ambiant sound and noise cancelling. Returning it and buying OG wired buds. They are pretty, however :-/

    Terrible design. No matter the fitting i used in my ear they constantly slid out and sounded terrible. Just buy galaxy buds. Thankfully i was able to return them!

    What ever ear size you use. It well never stay in. I call Sony about it and said they have no way to fix it. I'm just out of luck. Save your money and buy other type.

You may select the earbuds that fit your ears the best and wear the headset correctly.     The sound quality was mediocre at best. The connection was not good with my iPhone XS. The price is way to high for what they are. I returned and got apple AirPod pros.

    I bought one pair of theses ear buds took them back for a second round got disappointed a second time and bought me a pair of Sony’s not good buds at all

    Sony has been in the Audio market for a while (think Walkman) and they know a thing or two about it. Pretty much all major movie and music studios use professional grade Sony headphones for their production purposes. I have owned a bunch of over-the-head Sony headphones as well as In-ear ones and they surely did a good job. When I was presented with an opportunity to use Sony's WF-1000XM3 buds, I didn't hesitate to buy them, because I knew Sony would not disappoint me. First of all, these wireless headphones are pretty comfortable compared to the other brands I own, I would suggest that if you are a new user, please try all the available silicon rubber earbuds provided in the box to fit your ear just right. Pairing these with my phone was also easy, just download the Sony Headphones Connect app and you will be set. Within the app, you will find multiple ways to customize your listening experience. What I like about these headphones is its noise cancelling function that kicks in and automatically detects the environment you are in and adjusts to it: if you are walking or in a noisy transport, it knows exactly what to do. You can also use your select presets or your own custom equalizer to make your music sound even better. I would say the charging case looks really cool and has a nice feel, however it could have been a bit smaller, also the lack of charging it wirelessly is something I would suggest Sony add to its next generation. I would also suggest that Sony include some type of water resistance to the buds as well as a way to turn volume up or down by using the touch pad on the headphones. These are the only improvements I can suggest to make these truly wireless buds even better. I like how these buds reproduce sound, its bass and treble are excellent. Most of all, its battery performance is superb! I went on a camping trip and these buds lasted me on and off for 7 days! I also enjoy using the Google Voice assistant perfectly integrated. All in all, these Sony headphones will be traveling with me a lot, no more dangling cords! With 10 min quick charge for 90 min of play time - one cannot ask for more! I look forward to discover what else Sony has in their pockets for us in the future. These headphones were offered to me at a discounted price for my fair review and testing.

    Faulty pair maybe

    They don't work for phone calls. The other persons voice gets robots. I've also had difficulty getting the TouchPad to respond correctly on the first try

The software update includes key features, applications, bug fixes, and feature improvements. Take note the only ordinary phone calls are supported.     Bad all around

    I have tried numerous Earbuds and so far these have been the worst sound quality, I downloaded the app and tryed the different settings no luck. I can’t seem to find the perfect one where I can actually hear in a load work place so far I am settling with my beats by dray .also I was working the other day had them on for a few hours and they shocked my left ear 2 times really bad that was the last straw for me. I was thinking of getting the more expensive Sony’s but scared to wast my money . not worth it !!

    Sound good initially then left earbud quit working

    I really wanted to like these. Initially, I was happy (after getting past the learning curve of switching between devices). Then...exactly two months after purchasing the left earbud quit working. Tried many troubleshooting things (recharging, resetting to factory settings, etc), now I can't even get the right earbud to pair. I might as well have purchased a $250 paperweight! I go to the Sony website to update the firmware (maybe that would help?)...but the firmware update has been pulled from the Sony website. Buyer beware, there is no place to contact Sony and I am past my return date. WASTE OF MONEY!

    I tried this product for about two weeks. I did not care for it. the buds bothered my ears too much. I ended up returning them and getting a different brand.

    Cuts out and wont connect to laptop

    I'd say these headphones cutout about once every 15 minutes or so, not to mention my laptop wont even recognize the device. My laptop is more than equipped for bluetooth. Great, inconsistent sound.

    The only thing worth mentioning is the Noise Cancellation function, Superior Quality. All else fails horribly. All of my APPLE products HATE this thing.

    I'm sure it was just the shape of my ear but after about an hour both of my ears started to ache and when I touched the sensor on the side to pause the music it was unbearable.

    I have used the AirPods and Jabra 65t and both are far far superior. I was so excited that noise canceling tech was finally available in true wireless earbuds until I bought these. 1. People say I sound like Darth Vader - Tried it on multiple phones. 2. Connection constantly drops. 3. People say they can't hear me, audio breaks up even when I'm right next to my phone. 4. Can't pair with multiple devices at once...really? 5. App connection is unpredictable. Hopefully they work these issues out with new software releases but at this time, these things really suck.
