    These headphones are truly amazing. The build quality, the noise cancelling, and the premium audio are top of the line. Pros - Build quality These headphones feel premium. The variety of ear tips allow for a great fit in nearly every ear. The charging case, while large, is also very high quality and provides a great "home" for the buds. Features: - Quick attention - cover the left bud with a hand to lower noise cancelling. - Buds operate independent of one another - Google assistant - Variable noise cancelling: choose different levels of noise cancelling based on activity (sitting, walking, on a train) that the buds detect automatically. I found this to work well and be helpful. - Audio quality Sony always produces high quality audio products and these are no different. The noise cancelling on these headphones is also very superb. Cons (hard to come by) - The lack of IP rating is disappointing. I would love to be able to wear these headphones while excercising, walking in the rain etc. - No volume adjustment option on the ear buds. There are a few different options for customizing the features on the ear buds and it would have been nice to have something built into the playback control option like a swipe or something. Overall these headphones are as close as you can get to perfect and I highly recommend them.

      - To get the sound that you prefer, please try the different sound modes found in the Sony Headphones Connect app. There is even an EQ in there—which can be customized to fine-tune your music to your liking.
      - Try playing another source on the device. For example, try another music app to see if the issue is with a particular app.

      The communication between the devices will be poor if there is an obstruction between the unit and the connected device. If you are getting unstable Bluetooth signal, you may try setting the Bluetooth connection mode (sound quality mode) to Priority on stable connection and see if it resolves the problem. Also, check that the headphones are running on the latest firmware version. The software includes key features, applications, bug fixes, and feature improvements.

      Place both earbud headphones in the charging case.
      - Check that the red indicators light up.
      - If the indicators don't light up, close the lid and wait 30 seconds before checking for the charge
      lights again.
      - Charge the charging case with the supplied USB Type-C™ cable.
      Connect the USB Type-C cable to the charging case and a commercially available USB AC Adapter or a personal computer with a standard USB port.
      The red indicator on the charging case will be illuminated when the case is charging.
