I gave it 4 stars because I have an issue with the ear buds disconnecting a lot with my phone. It’s not common but when it does, it’s really annoying cause you have to put both buds back in the case for a couple minutes. The sound is amazing and the noise canceling is as good as it is advertised. Over these are perfect headphones.

The only thing I dislike this product is that it can easily come off from your ears and that call quality is a bit inconsistent in terms of voice dropping out randomly. Overall, I don't think this is as good as Apple products but it's a sure safe alternative.

While we are glad you like the sound quality of the headphones, we're sorry to hear issue that you are having where the earbuds comes off easily from your ears and with the voice is dropping out when using the headphones on phone call. The WF-1000XM3 comes with different sizes of earbuds to ensure there is a great fit for all ear sizes and an optimal noise canceling experience. As a suggestion, to reduce discomfort while wearing the headphones, try to use the right size according to the size of your ears. When wearing them, please gently pull on the top of your ear as you twist the earbud into your ear. This should give you a firmer hold and better noise canceling experience. With regards the voice quality, you may set the headset to “Priority on stable connection” mode. Bluetooth communications may be disabled, or noise or audio dropout may occur under the following conditions.
When there is a human body between the headset and the Bluetooth device
In this case, put the Bluetooth device in the same direction as the antenna of the headset to improve the Bluetooth communications.
There is an obstacle, such as metal or a wall, between the headset and the Bluetooth device.
In places with wireless LAN, where a microwave oven is used, electromagnetic waves are generated, etc.

Great If Found at under 130.

Comfortable but not as comfortable as Airpods Pro. Also Bluetooth would occasional lose connective for like seconds making it feel like your music was skipping. If had stable connection i would have kept over Airpods Pro.

Perfect until recently.

They've been fantastic until a couple of months ago. They routinely cut out during playback, phone calls, etc. I'm not too sure what's going on. Using them for phone calls, hot garbage. The mics are too sensitive and pick up EVERYTHING, so much so that in normal environments the person on the other end will be bombarded with noise. If you're looking for music or podcasts, they're great. Phone calls, not so much.

The battery hold charge for long time, specially if set for save baterry (noise canceling turn off can hold more time and if placed correctly on ears you don't hear too much noise). The app is ok.

They pair easily with my devices and sound great for listening to music and the call quality is very good too. They fit well and the battery life is good too. Enjoyable and easy to listen to for long sessions. They’re not fatiguing, not overly analytical. My only issue was the fit during workouts. I guess the nature of exercising and the weight of the monitors would have the isolation break and then I would constantly have to readjust.

These wireless earphones do everything the actual headphones do, noise canceling, the sound quality, call quality and overall battery life are far superior than any other wireless earphones out there. Powerbeats, Apple AirPods (even the newest ones) cannot compete with these. If you got the money for these earphones, then it is a must buy as you will not find any better than this. I was hesitant at first due to the price point, but I DO NOT REGRET making this purchase! **Note** I listen to ASMR, and let me tell you. I have fallen asleep with these on because of how amazing the overall sound quality is. A must buy for those ASMR enthusiasts if headphones are not for you.

no.1 noise cancelling in ears

Looked for a pair of noise-canceling and true wireless in-ear headphone and got what I wanted. The only thing is that the case is a little too big to carry around, so I still take my Airpods with me for everyday use.

Pretty good, just did not wow me.

It is very hard to find a set that fits me and is comfortable enough to wear for long periods of time. What makes any set of ear buds sound good is how well the seal is in your ears. These fit pretty well and did not fall out during multiple treadmill runs and moderate exercise. There was also no ear clogged feeling while wearing these. I did notice some discomfort after a couple of hours of use in my left ear but other than that they fit fine. The Active noise cancelation is top notch and is the best out of all the brands I have tried that offer It. The sound quality during call is great on my end but I had some complaints of sounding washed out or in a hole from my test subjects. As far as music they are clear but the sound has an over processed quality to it and did not sound as natural as I would have liked. The highs and mids are good but the low end really disappointed me for this price point. Again the low end, more than the highs and mids, is dependent on a good seal in your ear. No complaints on battery life or charging case size, both were fine. These are no slouch but In the end these were not a keeper for me.

They have superb and I do mean SUPERB sound quality. The noise cancelling is actually very good for their small size. Now, they are not as good as Bose or the larger Sony's, but they are good. However, unless you are trying to mimick a Cylon voice (robot one), do not waste your time using these to call anyone. The mic on these has what has to be the worst sound pickup I have ever experienced. This makes Gen 0 bluetooth headsets sound like Studio quality equipment. It is almost unforgivable.... almost. However, as I bought them for A: portability and sound quality and B: noise cancelling.... they get top marks on those. So if thats all you need, 5 stars! They sound great and fit well. However, do not plan on using them to have calls that anyone else understands or enjoys. For my use, 4 stars.

With DSEE on, the headphone battery lasts for 3h which is perfect for half-day work and then use it again after charging for an hour. The only down side is the comfortness of the ear plug. After 3 hours, I need to take a break with it.

First off, the pair I bought didn't hold a charge nearly as long as they were supposed to (the battery with ANC on lasted for just over 2 hours, and with it off, a little over 3 hours). I'm currently getting a replacement through Sony. Second, the touch functionality, while adjustable, is not fully customizeable. I must choose whether to control volume, track control, or noise cancelling mode for each earbud, meaning there will always be one set of functions that is unavailable. I would love to have mode control and volume control on the left earbud, with track control on the right earbud, but this isn't do-able...so strange, needs to be fixed. Other than that, sounds is great, noise cancellation is nice, fits well. No water resistance though is a bummer, especially at this price point...

• For available operating time of the unit, the usage hours may be different depending on the settings and conditions of use.
