Great sound. Easy set up. Highly recommend. Beware Silver color is not silver, it is like a light taupe. Headphones are great. Best Buy not so much! Best Buy refused to exchange for black because they said it is a different product solely because of the color. And, because I had purchased it on a price match the day before I tried to exchange it and that price was not available when I went in to exchange the headphones for a black pair the next day. Told me if I wanted black I would have to pay $66 more. Not a good way to treat a regular customer. Will not be purchasing from them in the future unless it's in my interest to do so.

great sound, with good battery life. the units can de used independently, (so long as google assist or Alexa is not set to one of them.) With the charge time and Battery life, you can listen all day by alternating earpieces.

I absolutely love these headphones. In the time that I’ve had them there has been only a handful of minor issues. It has gone through moments of dropping the right earbud, not the left. I’ve always thought that was weird but it hasn’t happened much as of late. Upon first connecting them to my phone in the middle of a phone call the other persons voice comes in all distorted and “pixelated” or “matrix-y” sounding. They could stand to be louder but I understand being earbuds that’s not exactly possible. The touch sensitive buttons on either earbud are pretty sensitive and can be almost offputting at times. The sound quality is absolutely amazing, and I love the active noise cancellation. I love the fact that they came with multiple tip sizes to facilitate better fit and better outside sound isolation.

These Earphones are amazing ! The quality is superb and the noice cancellation is great. Although not the best ease of use or connection sometimes. The pros outweigh the cons for an audiophile sitting back and relaxing with these awesome earbuds.

Sony has out did themselves in earbud arena. These have terrific noise cancelling ability, comfortable fit with 8 hours of usage on a single charge. The carrying case will supply another 16 hours of charge. The most outstanding feature is the crisp highs to mids with more than plenty of bass. A wish list of features would be the ability to adjust the volume from the earbuds and to pair 2 sets of earbuds simultaneously to a device to listen to music with a friend. It’s worth noting that the iOS/Android app is very user friendly and useful but has a simple EQ for tailoring the sound to your liking.

Really wanted to love them. I’ll start with what I liked. The battery life was great compared to the competition, loved the sleek charging case, the noise canceling was just good considering they're earbuds, so you can’t expect a lot, and they had great sound quality. Two major downfalls: First, they would not stay in my ears. I followed the directions about putting them in your ear and rotating them. I even purchased larger earbuds to make a better seal. However, they would fall out when I would: tie my shoes, do house work, pick something off the floor, work on my car and sometimes just looking towards the ground. My biggest concern was that they would fall in to the toilet when I was going to the bathroom. I didn’t even try to take the to the gym or to do anything active. If you are working at a desk and are not concerned about them falling out, then then you could overlook my first complaint. (unless they fell out and you rolled out your chair looking for the earbud and you crush it in the process; also my concern). Second downfall, I had these for about 3 weeks, and then all of a sudden during phone calls with my wife; she said mid conversation that I started to sound like Darth Vader. So, I hung up, re-called her, then it would be fine for a couple of minutes then do it again. Eventually it did this at least once every phone call. That’s when I took them back and replaced them with the Bose soundsport. The Bose’s battery life isn’t as good, the case isn’t as nice, the phone calls are only in the right ear bud, no real noise canceling, their app is pretty much useless, and I don’t like the sound quality as much. BUT... they stay in my ear and I don’t have worry about them getting ruined, plus people can hear and understand me on phone calls, (even if it is only in one earbud,)

First, I want to point out that the majority of the reviews for this product (especially the positive) were posted before the product was even released. That should have been a big red flag. I have relied on the WH-1000XM2 and WH-1000XM3 headphones for years to keep me sane in a noisy work environment. They are the current gold standard of noise-cancelling headphones and are truly fantastic, so it's no surprise that Sony tried to piggyback on that reputation. But, jeez Louise, these things are terrible. Especially for the price, but they'd be bad at pretty much any price point above $100. They are easily the worst wireless earbuds I have ever used. My Jabra Elite 65t work and (sound!) twice as good and were half the price. 1. Did not work out of the box. It took a ton of restarting, charging, trying again, etc. until I could get them to pair to anything. Oh, and there's no instructions in the box on how to do that. One bud wouldn't even *charge* until I restarted it three (!!!) times. Prepare to spend a couple hours fighting with these to make them work at all. 2. These are fiddliest things I have ever used. They just don't connect to things 90% of the time--or, since each bud connects separately, sometimes JUST ONE will connect. Then it's a bunch of unpairing and re-pairing each time I want to use them. And god help you if you want to switch devices... 3. When they do connect, it's not stable. Any device I've tried to use these with, there's constant interruption in the signal. And sometimes the connection just drops altogether, sending you back into the pairing/re-pairing cycle until the sun goes supernova. 4. So supremely uncomfortable. I have a ton of different earphone options, and these are by far the least comfortable and are the least secure in my ears. The design is beyond bad, as the weight of the buds is off-center and will pull on the plug end in your ear. So just imagine having tiny weights pulling on the insides of your ears at all times. That's the experience of wearing these. And if you want them to stay in, be prepared to walk around like you're balancing a book on your head to prepare for a beauty pageant. 4. The sound quality is OK, but nothing to write home about. The microphones are ATROCIOUS, though. Don't expect to use these for calls. People will complain that you sound garbled and far away. They just don't work for that. 5. The "noise cancelling" is a joke. If the WH1000s are an A, these are somewhere in the C- range. Again, my cheaper Jabras (and even the Bose Soundsport) both are more comfortable, have better sound quality, and block noise way better than these. I'm really appalled at Sony for these. Don't believe the hype and don't get ripped off. These suuuuuuuuuck.

these are highly rated and they deserve that but they are somewhat awkward feeling if you are used to airpods. They sound fantastic the app is also intuitive. if you arent an apple fan these will be a great choice.

The sound quality is great and the noise canceling works well. Sometimes loses connection randomly which can be frustrating. It's also disappointing that you can't choose which headphone to keep in if you only want to use one.

I was down to this or the AirPods. Chose this due to the noise-cancellation feature. It works great! The only thing I’d change would be the size of the earbuds. They do fall out if you’re not careful. But - still would recommend these!

These are noise canceling earbuds & they work really well. The sound Quality is very good. They feel comfortable in your ears. The app is a nice touch. Overall very happy with them.

They sound great!! Noise canceling is really good for earbuds. The only issue I have is one of the earbuds I can’t get a great fit. it’s my ears, but I wish it was better. Maybe another couple sizes would help. Still glad I bought them though.

I got these as a gift to my audiophile Boyfriend and he loves them, the sound is great but he did mention they are a bit uncomfortable due to thier size otherwise they're great.

I really love these truly wireless earbuds. I bought sony's truly wireless earbuds before too but i was really disappointed. They bad connection and sound wasn't good either and video time lag plus the noise canceling did not work either. Before buy these i was little scared because i don't wanted to have same experience and then return it and buy different one. But these earbuds are awesome. Noise canceling feature is great and they have very stable connection. With the setting adjustment, you can change volume through the earbuds. The last thing they have a great base.

I’ve gotten them and I was very excited but they are really good, I was just sad they didn’t have any water resistant. The audio overall was nice but my earbuds started to mess up half way through the first year, had to get a replacement for them

Sounds gr8 better then my iPod Pros. Noise canceling is good only thing is, you got to find the right earbud size for better seal it does take a few adjustments when you first put the earbuds in overall im happy with them.

These get two stars for the following reasons, for the cost vs value, for the cost I expect a "wow" factor or at least something much better than my SoundCore, this is what I got... a finicky set of earbuds that are difficult to connect to Computers, wait they can sound amazing, in fact mine did till a couple of weeks ago, then I noticed the battery life was down to an 60-90minutes and they are less than one year old, contacted Sony and they were nice said reset the buds, I also read that some settings caused the battery life to be decreased, so off the settings went, and battery life increased, BUT the quality went down and connection trouble went up I also have the 900N headphones and after 4 years would give them 5 stars, I purchased these hoping that they would follow the same quality, I have been super disappointed. My job requires a quality computer and quality headphones, I do not mind spending money on good headphones, I do mind spending top dollar on average earbuds. I am going to pass on the WF-1000XM4 not worth the chance

I upgraded from the first gen MW07, which I loved the sound but hated the battery life, and phone calls were unbearable. I’m an iPhone, and Android user and wanted something that would work well with both. The Sony’s are the best wireless earbuds I have used. The app is great, with lots of customization to the sound and features. They can be tailored to any type of music. The number one selling point for me was the great call quality, no one even know I’m talking on earbuds. I highly recommend them. One negative could be the size of the case, but it works for me.

They're light, they're comfortable, they hold a charge well, and as opposed to the original WF-1000x, they actually do cancel noise quite well for an earbud.

I bought these since I wanted to try them out to see how well they could handle especially since they have anc which not a lot of earbuds have it. the sound quality is very good except at very high levels which is when it will distort. the anc is very good and has multiple levels that can be selected which is a huge plus when you want to find that level where it blocks certain sounds out, but still want to hear others. the only con about these earbuds is the comfort. I can only wear them for about 30 minutes before they start to hurt my ears, you really have to test them out for a bit to see if you would want to keep them
